Attend a FAFSA Frenzy event for free, one-on-one assistance with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. By attending, you can also apply for a $500 Journey to College Scholarship. 

The FAFSA is the primary form used by federal, state and college financial aid programs to determine students’ eligibility for grants, scholarships, work-study and loans.

A number of high schools, colleges, and community organizations host FAFSA Frenzy events from October through February at locations throughout Missouri.

Journey to College Scholarship

FAFSA Frenzy Participants can enter to win one of 20 $500 Journey to College Scholarships.

What to bring

Students and parents should bring the following items to a FAFSA Frenzy event to complete the 2024-25 application:

  • Student and parent FSA ID username and password.
  • Student’s Social Security Number.
  • A list of schools to which you have applied, been accepted to, or are interested in attending.
  • Student and parent 2023 W-2 forms and/or tax return copies. Parental information is required for dependent students (most undergraduate students under the age of 24). Determine if you are an independent or dependent student.

The FAFSA Frenzy program is sponsored by the Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development, in partnership with the Missouri Association of Student Financial Aid Personnel, the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority, and the National College Attainment Network.
